The integration with CRM was built as a completely custom integration to fully sync with their database, update it as well as receive information. The membership renewal process is also fully automated whereby members receive notifications prior to renewal.

In depth scoping with the client to understand their requirements and understand their processes to offer not only a technical solution but a way forward that facilitates their day to day tasks.
