The hottest clubbing and entertainment concept of the moment is certainly BarCelona. BarCelona have managed to take clubbing, events, fashion and excellent food, and mould them together into an entertainment brand which is sure never to disappoint.

First opening its doors in May 2010, BarCelona already had a website in place, however, after little over a year in operation, it was felt that this needed a complete and radical overhaul. Following recommendation, the BarCelona team settled on NIU for the new website.

The website needed to look good, be easy to use and easy to update, so as to allow the BarCelona team manage the majority of the website on their own, without requiring specialised help. In keeping with the interiors of the BarCelona venues, the site is decked out in a sleek black, with tinges of red, white and gold throughout.

The new BarCelona site also has a number of galleries, an events pages, a page about their resident DJs, another about their musical performers, as well as their dancing troupes. There is also a contact page, a blog and an easy to subscribe to Newsletter.

Katerina Mrkvova the Marketing Manager of BarCelona Group said that her favourite thing from the new site is how easy it is to manage. She spoke highly of NIU, saying that she always encountered professional cooperation and that all the requirements of BarCelona were met. We’re just happy to have given Katerina such a great time during our website project, as good as the atmosphere at any BarCelona venue or event.
