In typical NIU fashion, first we invited our clients over for a coffee and a chat. We wanted to pick their brain and see what they really wanted to accomplish and what their limitations were. Our brief was to design, develop and eventually market a website people will log into first thing in the morning and right before bed-time. A content driven web portal which will feature anything under the sun including opinion pieces, recipes, competitions, fun facts, classified – the works. Really good articles, rich content, people will want to share with their friends on social media. The selected target market – absolutely everyone with a particular emphasis on women. Intriguing project to say the least. We immediately knew that this website had the potential to eventually rank in the island’s top 5 favourites in just months and this is precisely what the NIU team accomplished.
